Effective July 1, 2012, the Office of Admissions will no longer provide a toll-free phone number and the number (800-553-4692) will be disconnected.  A drop in call volume coinciding with an increase in Internet and email activity led us to this decision.  For a period of six months (until December 1, 2012), anyone calling the toll-free number will get a pre-recorded message informing them that the number has been disconnected and asking them to call back on our direct-dial number which is 319.335.3847.

We ask that you delete reference to the toll-free number from your printed and electronic materials.  Feel free to publish our direct-dial number in your materials (319.335.3847). The Office of Admissions will continue to provide responsive and high-quality service to those who call direct.
